Maria Edgeworth

Maria (Mary) Edgeworth (1768-1849) was born 1 Jan. 1768 in Black Bourton, Oxfordshire, England. She was the daughter of Richard Lovell Edgeworth and Anna Maria Elers. She died 22 May 1849 in Edgeworthstown, Co. Longford, Ireland. She was one of the eminent women for whom Wilford Woodruff initiated proxy temple ordinance work in Aug. 1877.
