Daniel Parke Custis

Daniel Parke Custis (1711-1757) was born 15 Oct. 1711 in Queen's Creek, York Co., Virginia, British Colonial America. He was the son of John Custis and Frances Parke. He married Martha Dandridge on 15 May 1750 in Chestnut Grove, New Kent Co., Virginia, British Colonial America. He died 8 Jul. 1757 in White House, New Kent Co., Virginia, British Colonial America. He was one of the eminent men for whom Wilford Woodruff initiated proxy temple ordinance work in Aug. 1877.
