William Cowles

abt. 1780-aft. 1859

William Cowles (abt. 1780-aft. 1859) was born about 1780 in Farmington, Hartford Co., Connecticut. He married Elizabeth Hawley in Jan. 1803 in Farmington; widowed 10 Jun. 1850. He married Eunice Hadsell on 25 May 1851 in Avon, Hartford Co., Connecticut. He was visited by Wilford Woodruff on 24 Jun. 1838 in Avon, and his second marriage was mentioned in a letter written to Wilford from Ozem Woodruff on 22 Dec. 1851. He died after 20 Jul. 1860.
