William Britton Adams

William Britton Adams (1814-1861) was born 14 Feb. 1814 in Pittsfield, Berkshire Co., Massachusetts. He was the son of Peter Adams and Abigail. He married Sarah G. Bryant on 18 Sep. 1834 in Shaftsbury, Bennington Co., Vermont; widowed 13 Oct. 1844. He married Martha Ann S. Utley on 3 Nov. 1849 in Harris Grove, Pottawattamie Co., Iowa; widowed 26 Jul. 1852. He married Mary Angeline Tuttle on 5 Jan. 1853. He sold a wagon to Wilford Woodruff on 13 May 1848 in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie Co., Iowa. He died 5 Jan. 1861 in Tooele, Tooele Co., Utah Territory.
