John Egbert Cowles
John Egbert Cowles (1824-1905) was christened 15 Aug. 1824 in Farmington, Hartford Co., Connecticut. He was the son of Egbert Cowles and Sophia S. Woodruff. He married Lovice Corbett Whittemore on 15 Apr. 1851 in Boston, Suffolk Co., Massachusetts. He met with Wilford Woodruff on 24 Jan. 1870 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory. He died 5 Jun. 1905 in Farmington.
