Frederick William Barber (French) (1850-1930) was born 28 May 1850 in Chiddingly, Sussex, England. He was the son of Sarah French. His marriage to Ruth Barber was performed by Wilford Woodruff on 23 Nov. 1874 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory. He was baptized 12 May 1862. He died 11 Oct. 1930 in Centerville, Davis Co., Utah.
