Elizabeth Hutchinson Jackson

Elizabeth Hutchinson Jackson (1737-1781) was born 2 Nov. 1737 in Carrickfergus, Co. Antrim, Ireland. She married Andrew Jackson Sr. about 1761, and they had three children. She died Nov. 1781 in Charleston, Charleston Co., South Carolina. Her proxy temple ordinance work was initiated on 21 Aug. 1877, the same day Wilford Woodruff initiated proxy ordinance work for her son President Andrew Jackson and other eminent men and women in the St. George Utah Temple.
