Benjamin Stone Jr.
Benjamin Stone Jr. (1797-aft. 1879) was born 12 Feb. 1797 in Vinalhaven, Hancock Co., Maine. He was the son of Benjamin Stone and Sarah Hilton. He married Hannah Knowlton about 27 Jun. 1824 in Vinalhaven; widowed after 2 Oct. 1825. He married Lucy Knight 18 Sep. 1838 in Vinalhaven. He hosted Wilford Woodruff on 13 Mar. 1838 and was visited by him on 19 Mar. 1838 on the North Fox Island, Hancock Co., Maine. He died after 14 Jun. 1880.
