Althea (Altha) Woodruff Stinson Soule (1849-1928) was born 1 Mar. 1849 in Daysville, Oswego Co., New York. She was the daughter of Ozem Thompson Woodruff and Electa Z Nelson and a niece of Wilford Woodruff. She married William Stinsin before 1870, and they had six children; widowed before 1880. She married Charles M. Soule about 1881, and they had one child. She died 31 Dec. 1928 in Watertown, Oswego Co., New York.
