Zerah Pulsipher

Zerah Pulsipher (1789-1872) was born 24 Jun. 1789 in Rockingham, Windham Co., Vermont. He was the son of John Pulsipher and Elizabeth Dutton. He married Mary Randall on 6 Nov. 1810 in Rockingham; widowed in Dec. 1812. He married Mary Brown in Aug. 1815 in Pennsylvania; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized 11 Jan. 1832 in Onondaga Co., New York. He taught Wilford Woodruff the gospel, baptized and confirmed Wilford on 31 Dec. 1833, and served in church positions with Wilford throughout their lives. He died 1 Jan. 1872 in Hebron, Washington Co., Utah Territory.
