Willard Richards Smith (1872-1951) was born 31 Jul. 1872 in Farmington, Davis Co., Utah Territory. He was the son of Lot Smith and Alice Ann Richards. He married Melissa Ann Parker on 14 Sep. 1892 in Logan, Cache Co., Utah Territory. He was baptized in 1880. He traveled with Wilford Woodruff to Arizona Territory in 1879 and St. George, Washington, Co., Utah Territory in 1880. He died 29 Jul. 1951 in Holbrook, Oneida Co., Idaho.
