Thomas Lynch

Thomas Lynch Jr. (1749-1779) was born 5 Aug. 1749 in Prince George Parish, Winyah Co., South Carolina, British Colonial America. He was the son of Thomas Lynch and Elizabeth Allston. He married Elizabeth Shubrick on 14 May 1772 in St. Philip's Parish, Charleston Co., South Carolina, British Colonia America. He died in 1779 at sea. He was a signer of the Declaration of Independence and one of the eminent men for whom Wilford Woodruff initiated proxy temple ordinance work in Aug. 1877.
