Richard Bentley

Richard Bentley (1820-1906) was born 1 Oct. 1820 in Aycliffe, Co. Durham, England. He was the son of Thomas Bentley and Ann Wood. He married Elizabeth Price on 9 Sep. 1843 in Nauvoo, Hancock Co., Illinois. He was baptized 1 Feb. 1842 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He attended meetings with Wilford Woodruff in 1859 and corresponded with him in the 1860s. He died 24 Mar. 1906 in St. George, Washington Co., Utah.
