Phoebe Whittemore Carter, b. 1735

Phoebe (Phebe) Whittemore Carter (abt. 1743-1822) was born about 1743. She was the daughter of Elias Whittemore and a grandmother of Phebe Whittemore Carter, who married Wilford Woodruff. She married Ezra Carter, and they had ten children. She died 13 Mar. 1822 in Concord, Rockingham Co., New Hampshire.
