Peter Barton
Peter Barton (1845-1912) was born 21 Mar. 1845 in Saint Helens, Lancashire, England. He was the son of John Barton and Elizabeth Bell. He married Ellen Ann Beazer on 25 Dec. 1870 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized in 1855. He served with Wilford Woodruff in church positions from 1884 to 1898. He died 28 Nov. 1912 in Salt Lake City.
