Martha Jane Knowlton Coray

Martha Jane Knowlton Coray (1822-1881) was born 3 Jun. 1822 in Covington, Boone Co., Kentucky. She was the daughter of Harriet Burnham and Sydney Algernon Knowlton. She married Howard Coray on 6 Feb. 1841 in Bear Creek, Hancock Co., Illinois. She was baptized in Jan. 1840 in Hancock Co. She wrote to Wilford Woodruff in 1875 and received at least one response. She died 14 Dec. 1881 in Provo, Utah Co., Utah Territory, and her funeral was attended by Wilford Woodruff.
