Lucy Bigelow Young

Lucy Bigelow Young (1830-1905) was born 3 Oct. 1830 in Coles Co., Illinois. She was the daughter of Nahum Bigelow and Mary Gibbs. She was sealed to Brigham Young about 1846 in Winter Quarters (later Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska), and they had three children, including Eudora Young, who was sealed to Wilford Woodruff. She and Wilford Woodruff corresponded frequently and completed temple work together from 1877 through 1891. She was baptized about 1838. She died 3 Feb. 1905 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah.
