James Babbidge

James Babbidge (1798-1862) was born 6 Apr. 1798 in Vinalhaven, Hancock Co., Maine. He was the son of James Babbidge and Hannah Green. He married Sally Babbidge on 1 May 1823 in Vinalhaven. He hosted Wilford Woodruff overnight on 4 Sep. 1837 and 28 Dec. 1837 on the South Fox Island, Hancock Co., Maine. He died 14 Oct. 1862 and was buried in North Haven, Knox Co., Maine.
