Frances Kimberley Turley (1800-1847) was born 22 Jun. 1800 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England. She was the daughter of Thomas Kimberley and Sarah. She married Theodore Turley on 26 Nov. 1821 in Harborne, Staffordshire, England, and they had six children. She was baptized 1 Mar. 1837 in Canada. She was mentioned several times in letters written by Wilford Woodruff to Phebe Whittemore Carter Woodruff. She died 30 Aug. 1847 in Winter Quarters (later Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska).
