Benjamin Harrison

Benjamin Harrison (1726-1791) was born 5 Apr. 1726 in Berkeley, Charles City Co., Virginia. He was the son of Benjamin Harrison IV and Anne Carter. He married Elizabeth Basset in 1745 in Berkeley. He died 24 Apr. 1791 in Berkeley. He was a signer of the Declaration of Independence and one of the eminent men for whom Wilford Woodruff initiated proxy temple ordinance work in Aug. 1877.
