Alson Titus Woodruff

Alson Titus Woodruff (1824-1863) was born 19 Mar. 1824 in Avon, Hartford Co., Connecticut. He was the son of Titus Woodruff and Lua Alling and a cousin of Wilford Woodruff. He married Harriet Atkins on 19 Mar. 1849 in Farmington, Hartford Co., Connecticut. He died 21 Jan. 1863 near East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. He was baptized posthumously on 1 Jun. 1870, and Wilford Woodruff served as proxy.
